Our Compensation Package includes: (1) a competitive salary (commensurate with experience), (2) a high-potential, aggressive commission program based on monthly/annual goals & payouts, in addition to (3) a vehicle program.
We are located near Gap, PA and are easily accessible via Route 30. Our customers are primarily located in Eastern Lancaster and Chester counties.

Our Outside Sales Representative will have a passion for providing excellent service in assisting customers with their purchase options for remodeling projects, additions and new construction jobs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Establish and build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
· Work closely with our Inside Sales Team to assist customers with product options
· Effective problem solving-skills and the ability to think on your feet
· Treating all employees, vendors and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy
· Become efficient with our customer-focused ERP system
· Self-motivated: Able to meet or exceed established sales/revenue goals
· Organize purchase and schedule delivery of Special Order Items
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
· Sales experience is preferred
· Industry experience is required
· Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
· Maintain a strong positive attitude
· Take pride in being a part of a customer-focused team
· Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Drivers License with a clean record

[Compensation is $55,000 to $70,000+ (commensurate with experience) in addition to eligibility for bonuses throughout the year.]

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· First point-of-contact with new customers in person or via phone
· Assist customers at the sales counter with product options and recommendations
· Assist customers in troubleshooting their needs and project solutions
· Answer phones, take orders and enter key information into our ERP system
· Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers
· Partner up with outside sales team in coordinating deliveries to customers
· Monitor deliveries and process returns
· Organize purchase and schedule delivery of Special Order Items
· Remain in close contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction
· Potential for advancement
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
· 1-2 years’ experience in the construction industry
· Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
· Maintain a strong positive attitude
· Take pride in being a part of a strong team
· Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
